Return policy

After the purchase consumer is legally obliged to take reasonable care of the product and it must be returned in the same condition in which the consumer received it. 

​

Returns are only accepted if the following conditions are fulfilled: 

​

• Products are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with original tags. 

• Products shipped in our signature box should be returned in the original packaging. 

​

Consumers should fill out and submit the return form up to  14 days from the day it was delivered to the consumer. Any returns submitted after those 14 days will not be accepted. 

​

The consumer will be refunded the full price for the product(s) and the cost of the delivery, however, will be responsible for the organization and cost of returning the products. 

 

If any product within an order is damaged or faulty when delivered, the consumer should immediately contact the company at: support@aintclothing.com.

Polityka zwrotów

​

Po dokonaniu zakupu konsument jest zobowiązany prawnie do zachowania produktu w należyty sposób i zwrócenia go w takim samym stanie, w jakim go otrzymał.

​

Zwroty są akceptowane tylko wtedy, gdy spełnione są następujące warunki:

• Produkty są nieużywane, nieuszkodzone, nieprane i posiadają oryginalne metki.

• Produkty wysłane w naszym charakterystycznym pudełku powinny być zwrócone w oryginalnym opakowaniu.

Konsument powinien wypełnić i przesłać formularz zwrotu w ciągu 14 dni od dnia dostarczenia produktu do konsumenta. Zwroty przesłane po upływie tych 14 dni nie będą przyjmowane.

Konsument otrzyma pełną cenę produktu(y) oraz koszt dostawy, jednak będzie odpowiedzialny za zorganizowanie i poniesienie kosztów zwrotu produktów.

Jeśli którykolwiek produkt w zamówieniu jest uszkodzony lub wadliwy w momencie dostawy, konsument powinien niezwłocznie skontaktować się z firmą pod adresem: support@aintclothing.com.
